The
Cabernet Sauvignon wine is ruby-red wine with violet touches. Originally
from France, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes has adapted perfectly to the
Uruguayan soil and climate.
The Cabernet Sauvignon wine is a red wine with balance in acids with
distinguished aromas of ripe fruits, chocolate and spices.
It is well-structured, with the presence of sweet tannins giving a kind
sensation in the palate. |
A
100% Cabernet Sauvignon varietal or blended with
Merlot or
Tannat is ideal to accompany red meats, hard piquant cheeses or pastas.
The Cabernet Sauvignon wine should be served at 18º - 20ºC
(64° to 68°F). |
